Cannot believe that Christmas is almost here, so excited for our Christmas Programs next week. They will also be streamed on the Lord of Life site. Christmas parties are the week of 12/16, if you signed up to help and have questions see your child’s teacher or room mom.  Reminder, there is no school Dec 23, 2024- Jan 6,2025. Classes resume on 1/7/25.

* Reminder for those paying monthly by check:  January Tuition will be due before we get back to school after the holidays.  If you would like to drop off a check before the Christmas break, it will not be deposited until January.  Otherwise, please be sure to mail your check or drop it in the locked box by the church’s main entrance prior to January 5 to avoid late fees

Priority Registration (for current students, siblings of alumni and LOL church members) for the 25-26 school year is underway. If you plan to attend LOLCP next year and have not signed up and paid the $75.00 registration fee, please do so ASAP (especially if you want morning classes! Classes are beginning to fill! If you have any questions, please let me know.Attached is the 25-26 Registration form. All classes are first come-first serve. 

To qualify for the 5’s class you have to turn 5 by a certain date (usually end of the calendar year), the 25-26 date has been extended to Mid February (2/15) so if your child turns 5 before this date they would qualify for the 5s class. Even if they do, you can choose between the 4s (3days per week) class or the 5s (4 days per week). That being said we are more flexible on the date in the afternoon class so if you really want the 4 days per week class, talk to me and consider the pm class.

                   Tues 12/10 – Cheetahs & Zebras

                   Thurs 12/12 – Penguins & Bears

* Have children dress in holiday clothes or “Sunday best”

**Christmas Programs/Cookie Reception

We ask that each family donate 1 dozen cookies for our refreshments after the Christmas Program. Please send these in on the day of your program (class time). Also please No Nuts. 

*** Please drop your child off in their classroom at 6:15pm and take your seat in the Chapel.  Each family has ONE seat reserved in the front 2 rows, and all other seating is OPEN seating.

Please make sure your child has a coat, hat & mittens, we will try to go out most days (this week a few days were too cold). Since it is recommended that coats not be worn in car seats, coats may not always be zipped at pick up. 

Monday Busy Bees class starting in January:  Please sign up your new Busy Bee by 12/2/24.

If you have a child who turns 2 1/2 soon, we are planning to start another Busy Bee Class on Monday. If we have at least 5 people interested. I know I talked to a few people at the beginning of the year but please refresh my memory, if you have a child you would like to enroll in the Monday Busy Bee class starting in January. Registration for this class is starting now.    We must have at least 5 children to have the class.

Class pictures for Sale $5.00, see Paula to purchase. The photos are on display in the hallway.

We have openings for 3, 4 & 5 year olds in the afternoon classes. Please pass the word! Also, if someone signs up this year for one of these classes, they would qualify for Priority Registration (bonus!)
