Our Fives Program gives children the confidence and skills to shine in kindergarten. Learning becomes more intentional and connected- children explore reading readiness, number concepts, and science through hands-on projects and cooperative learning.
Alongside academic preparation, teachers emphasize leadership, empathy, and independence. Every experience helps children see themselves as learners and helpers- ready to take on new challenges with joy and confidence.
Approaches to Learning: Sustaining attention and persistence
Literacy & Math: Early reading and numeracy in meaningful contexts
Cognitive: Exploring patterns, cause and effect, and problem-solving
Social-Emotional: Leading with empathy and confidence in group settings
Our programs are designed in alignment with Ohio’s Early Learning and Development Standards. We utilize the Creative Curriculum for Preschool as the foundation for our lesson plans and programming.
All children must be 4 or older by August 1, 2026 and expected to enroll in Kindergarten for the 2027-28 school year. Children must be potty trained and have independent bathroom skills by the start of school.
